  • Q1: Can this model be used with and without a camera attached? What type camera can be used? Thanks

A: Yes, any type of camera with a removable lens.

  • Q2: Essentially, my question is, do you have a service center that I can contact? I have had my 15-45x60mm with long eye relief Spotting Scope for several years, but today my granddaughter (age 4) accidentally kicked over the tripod and the scope. The blow

A: Binoculars.com does not service Bushnell scopes. However, you should be able to get a replacement ring directly from Bushnell. Here's the toll-free number so you can get the parts you need: 800-423-3537.

  • Q3: Hi, Re. : Bushnell 15-45x60 Natureview - sku:781645 Is the accompanied Camera adapter good for Canon digital camera. If not, what gadget is available that would be a universal digital camera adapter for the above scope. Regards,

A: The Bushnell 15-45x60 Naturview Spotting Scope's camera adapter is suitable for use with a T-ring and a digital single-lens reflex camera of most makes. If your Canon is not an SLR, you'll need a device like the Zhumell Universal Digital Camera Adapter (large). Here's the URL; just paste it into your browser's address window: http://binoculars.com/products/zhumell-universal-digital-camera-adapter-large-36563.html.

  • Q4: What does long eye relief mean and how does it work for glasses?

A: Eye relief is the distance between your eye and the eyepiece. Long eye relief is extremely important for those of us that wear glasses. It allows us to see the entire field of view the scope has to offer. The eye relief is how far the eyepiece can be from your eyes and still provide a full field of view.

  • Q5: What does objecvtive 60mm mean?

A: Dear Jane, Great Question. The 60mm objective lens means that the end of the spotting scope that is farthest way from you has a diameter of 60 millimeters. The larger the objective lens the more light the scope gathers. This usually makes for brighter images. However, it also makes for a larger scope.
