Even the most serious binocular users know that there are times when nothing is better to have along on a hunt than a good compact pair - and that's precisely why the new Nikon ProStaff ATB was created. Built not only for ruggedness, but for optical performance and true take-it-anywhere portability, the Nikon ProStaff ATB is constructed on a durable, rubber-armored, polycarbonate body that has been purged of all moisture with bone-dry nitrogen for total waterproof and fog-proof performance.
One look through this compact and Nikon's uncompromising optical standard becomes quite evident. Aspherical eyepiece lenses provide a crisp, distortion-free field of view and long eye relief; Nikon's exclusive Eco-Glass lenses and prisms offer high performance together with notable weight savings over typical optical glass. The result is bright, razor-sharp viewing even at dawn, dusk or in poor weather, when light conditions tend to be less than ideal.
Available for shipment to the USA and Canada only.

Q1: I have a pair of 10+25 Nikon Mountaineer compact binocs. 14 yrs old. Loved them, used HARD at work and play. Banged around too many times. Paid @ $220 then. In your opinion what would be a comparable Nikon replacement. The Prostaff look good.
A: Yes, Nikon 10x25 ProStaff ATB binoculars are plenty rugged. They're built to last through beating after beating.
Q2: Which one of your Binocular products is Automatic FOCUS?
A: For binoculars that do not require focusing, I would recommend Bushnell's PermaFocus line.
